• Delivery: once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier conditions and holidays.

Returns & refunds

Your purchase is backed by our 60-Night Guarantee. If you're not winding down easier and sleeping through, email us within 60 nights for a full refund — even if the jar is empty, and no return needed.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, email support@elleavie.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Need to fix your shipping address? Email us right away — we can usually update it before the order ships.
